Can I register without a VAT identification number?

Yes, it is possible to register without a VAT identification number. The applicable tax will be charged. A refund of the tax is not possible if the VAT identification number is subsequently submitted.

Why can't I register with my e-mail address?

If you are already a customer of rose plastic AG, your e-mail address is already stored in the system and must be activated for the webshop by our Customer Service. Please contact your contact person of our Customer Service.

How do I register?

Why does my customer account need to be activated?

Our Customer Service checks your registration and the data you have entered. After the activation you will be informed by e-mail

Where can I log in?

In the top right corner of the browser window you will find the person icon.
Clicking on the red button „Login“ the login page will open.

If you don't remember your password, you can use the "Forgot password" function: Forgot Password 

How can I change my password? How can I reapply for my password?

You can reset your password via the "Forgot password?" function (to page). You will receive an email with a link. Please click on the link and enter your new password. Please check your SPAM folder if you did not receive the email.

Why can't I register as a private customer?

Our webshop is dedicated exclusively at business-customers and sales are made exclusively to industry, commerce, trade, commerce, authorities and comparable persons and institutions.

Which functions are available to me after registration and activation?

The following functions are available to you after activation:

  • You can see the prices and availability
  • You get a detailed overview of your orders and deliveries
  • All invoices, order confirmations and delivery notes can be downloaded as PDF
  • You can use your own customer individual material numbers
  • You can easily “reorder” items of your purchase history

How do I change my billing address?

You can request a new billing address in the system. This new address will be checked and activated by our Customer Service.

How can I create a new delivery address?

You can create a new delivery address in the system. If this is in the same country of destination, it will be created automatically. If the country of destination of the new delivery address differs from the existing one, the request will be checked and activated by our Customer Service.

Why can't I find all the products displayed on rose-plastic.com?

The product range on the webshop is continuously expanded. Our Customer Service will be glad to inform you about availability and ordering options.

What is the minimum order value?

For all deliveries a minimum order value of 100 euros (net) plus shipping costs applies.

Orders can also be placed with a lower value of goods, but then a surcharge will be added to fill the value to 100 euro.

Which countries are delivered to?

Our Customer Service checks your registration and the data you have entered. After the activation you can place orders.
